YOUTH SUMMER TRAINING PROGRAM
$250 / 8 weeks
This is a customizable, virtually coached summer program for kids U19.
Whether you want to introduce your child to the sport of running, give them some conditioning before an upcoming fall season, or have a recent high school grad who wants to prep for a collegiate program, our Youth Summer Training Program fits the bill. We have experience working with kids of all ages, so we know how to keep things fun for them while also getting the work done. The lessons learned here can last a lifetime!
Over this 8 week course we will focus on building endurance while teaching/refining the fundamentals of running. We will cover a variety of topics, including form, fueling, and injury prevention. Unlimited communication and weekly check ins with your coach are included to make sure that you and your child have consistent guidance throughout the course of this program.
The Youth Summer Training Program contains 8 consecutive weeks of virtual coaching. At checkout, you'll be asked to schedule a new client consult call, as well as select a program start date, which must fall between June 1st and July 8th (the last eight week session beginning on July 8th will end on September 2nd). Your new client consult call should be scheduled before the program start date so we can learn more about your child's ability levels and summer training goals. Then we'll create a training plan tailored just for them! If you have any questions, please contact us. All sales are final.
