A one time purchase plan that's customized to your lifestyle and training needs.

  This service is for clients who want to manage their training more independently.  Our Personalized Training Plans do not have the same level of access to a coach as our 1:1 Coaching plans, but they are still built to successfully meet your training needs.  Once you recieve your plan, you will be left to implement it on your own, with the exeption of the limited adjustments included.  If you have questions on how to execute a workout we are happy to clarify, but you will not have a coach monitoring your progress or giving you feedback.

  Personalized Plans can be made for any race distance between 5k to Marathon, and will include the following:
 

Initial Planning Call (60 minutes)

Personalized Training Plan (delivered in 1-2 weeks)  

30 min follow up call after the plan is delivered to make sure the client is satisfied and make small changes if necessary

1 plan adjustment/consultation call with coach per 4 weeks

Core strengthening workout routine, 3 days/week

Warm up routine and drills

Race day prep checklist
 

  The cost of your plan is determined by the length of time and the number of days to be trained per week.  Plan lengths range from 8-24 weeks, and training frequency from 3-7 days per week. We do require a (free) new client consult before purchasing in order to make sure you are paired with a plan that fits you the best.  When planning your schedule, remember to allow up to 14 days from the date of your initial planning call to receive your plan.  All sales are final.
